She began working in Thailand's Spa industry over 13 years ago and has gained a vast and varied knowledge and experience through her work, in positions from Therapist to Manager and Spa Consultant.
Combining her skills with a wealth of experience, Kwan has developed a range of high standard training programs to suit all needs: for those who want to learn to take care of themselves, to those who seek employment in the every growing Spa Industry. As Kwan has not only first hand knowledge of the Spa Industry but many years of training herself, she has developed these programs to encourage each and every one of her students to reach their own potential and she truly teaches from the heart.

For several years, she has worked as a Spa Director and trained many modalities of massage throughout the eastern hemisphere. Now working as a Spa Consultant, she plans to continue being of service for the greater good by passing knowledge of holistic health and guiding others on a path of self-awareness.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Only in his 40’s Steve is already considered the ‘Grandfather’ of Siam Reiki as he has trained over 20 Siam Reiki Master Teachers who have all gone on to have many of their own students. Qualified in training and development more than 15 years ago has lead Steve to develop training materials that qualifies a school to be registered by Ministry of Education also compliance with Ministry of Health regulations with curriculum approval processes in Australia and Thailand, Holland.
