Student Refund Policy
COURSES IN EUROPE:
Applies to Holland, France, Germany etc....
1) When the trainer is visiting from outside Europe
(e.g. Thailand, USA, Australia to Europe)
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the course fee or (75€, equivalent) (whichever is greater) is payable within 28 days prior to commencement of the course, the balance of which is payable 21 days before the course start date.
If a refund is requested within 28 to 22 days of commencement, a full refund minus the deposit will be refunded. If a refund is requested within 21 to 14 days prior to commencement, 50% of the course fee will be refunded, minus the deposit. If a refund is requested within 13-7 days prior to commencement, 25% of fee will be refunded, minus the deposit. If a refund is requested less than 7 days prior to commencement of the course, 10% of fee will be refunded, minus the deposit.
Please note, once training has started, no refund will be given to anyone who does not attend the course or does not complete the course in full, unless there is evidence provided of extenuating circumstances.
If for any reason the Institute should cancel the course, students will be given the following options:
a) Entitlement to a full refund;
b) Completion of the course at a later date;
c) Transfer of the funds to a different course.
